None. Lentia does not request, collect or transmit any personally identifiable information: no name, email address, phone number, device identifiers, location or health data from Apple Health.
Lentia stores the following only on your device, in a storage area shared between the app and its widgets:
This information is not sent to any server of ours, not shared with third parties and not accessible to the developer. Uninstalling the app deletes it from that device.
If iCloud sync is on (it is by default, and you can turn it off in Lentia's Settings), the same information listed above is also kept in your own private iCloud account, so your iPhone, iPad and other devices signed in to it stay up to date. This uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage: the data is stored by Apple under your Apple Account, it is only available to your own devices and the developer cannot see or access it. "Delete the iCloud copy" in Lentia's Settings removes it.
If you use the Apple Watch app, your iPhone sends the current state of your lenses directly to your paired watch, and the watch sends back when you put your lenses in or take them out. This uses Apple's device-to-device connection between your own iPhone and Apple Watch; no server of ours is involved.
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on each of your devices. They are not sent through any server.
Lentia works fully offline. It only uses the network for iCloud sync (handled by iOS, between your devices and your own iCloud) and if you tap the link to your own lens shop, which opens it in your browser.
Lentia does not include any advertising, analytics, social network or tracking SDK. No third party has access to your information.
Lentia is not directed at children under 13 and, as it collects no data, it cannot collect information from minors.
Lentia is a paid app with a single purchase made through the App Store. It has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details.
Since no data is collected, there is nothing to request, rectify or delete on our side. You can delete everything the app stores by tapping "Delete the iCloud copy" in Lentia's Settings (if you use sync) and uninstalling it from your devices and Apple Watch.
Lentia helps you keep track of your contact lenses. It is not a medical device and it is not medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your optician or eye doctor and of the makers of your lenses and lens solution.
